Career and Technical Degrees
Transfer to Complete Bachelor's

John Wood has established transfer agreements with many regional four-year universities. These specific agreements provide students in career and technical programs the opportunity to transfer and continue their education to pursue a bachelor’s degree.

(Most programs offer online courses, allowing students to stay in the area and even work full-time in their new career fields while continuing their education.)

JWCC students who earn credits in these career and technical programs will equal similar credits at WIU, NIU, UNI and Missouri Western.  In most cases, JWCC students who complete their applied associate degrees will enter as juniors or even farther along their bachelor’s degree with online coursework.
